Build, manage or lease

A premium name, built into a working platform.

Own the platform, have us run it, or lease the digital asset and keep the upside. Three ways to work with a Visit + Destination name, agreed individually.

Three models

Choose how much you want to own and how much you want us to run

01

Build

We design and build an AI destination platform on a name you own or a name you commission. You take it over and run it, or retain us for support.

02

Build and manage

We build it and operate it for you: hosting, content refresh, concierge, structured data and reporting, under a service agreement.

03

Lease the digital asset

Lease a premium Visit + Destination domain for a defined term. We can build and manage the platform on it, or you can bring your own build. Terms are agreed per name and per partner.

How we build

From a name to a platform that AI can find, trust and recommend

  1. 01

    Choose the name

Start with a destination, region or brand name travellers already search for. Either one of ours, or a name you own.

  2. 02

    Agree the knowledge base

We gather approved material with you: facts, partners, routes and policies. Every specific claim is sourced and dated.

  3. 03

    Build the platform

Destination guides, a concierge answering from the knowledge base, structured data for AI search, and a booking path.

  4. 04

    Launch and connect

Redirects, analytics, sitemaps and machine-readable files go live, with partners connected to the booking path.

  5. 05

    Run and report

Content refresh and enquiry handling continue under human review, with reporting you can read.

Who leasing suits

Leasing suits an organisation that wants a destination name working for it without buying the asset outright: a tourist board or government piloting a branded platform, a hotel group that wants to own the recommendation for a destination, an airline promoting a route network, or an OTA adding a high-intent destination front door. Every name is different, so the term, scope and commercial structure are set in a written agreement with you.

What we build on

Each platform follows the model described on the AI platform page: destination guides written from sourced evidence, a concierge that answers only from an approved knowledge base, structured data for AI search and a booking path where the partner keeps price and inventory. The flagship example is VisitMalta.co.uk, and the next is VisitMiami.co.uk.

Which names are available

Our portfolio shows which names are live, in build or available, and each has a researched destination guide. Names marked live or in build are not available to lease. If you hold a name of your own, we can build on it instead.

Next step

Email platforms@visittravelgroup.com with the name or destination you have in mind and which of the three models interests you. If you are attending WTE Miami (27 to 28 October 2026) or WTM London, say so and we will arrange a meeting. You can also use the contact page.
