The way people plan has changed
A growing number of travellers begin planning by asking an assistant, in plain language, where to go and where to stay. The reply is assembled from whatever the assistant can read and trust. For a destination, a hotel, an airline or a travel business, being clearly and accurately present in that reply is becoming as important as ranking in a list of search results.
Visit Travel Group exists to build that presence. We own a large collection of Visit + Destination brands and turn each into a platform that people and machines can both use.
A concierge that answers from evidence
The concierge is the visible face of the platform. A traveller asks a question and receives a conversational answer, with links to the places, hotels and routes that matter. Behind it sits a knowledge base built from approved material, retrieved separately from the language model that phrases the reply. If the knowledge base does not hold the answer, the concierge says so. The working example is Melita on VisitMalta.co.uk. The panel at the top of this page is the Visit Travel Group network concierge, answering from our own knowledge base about the network and how to partner with us.
Designed to be read by AI search
Being cited by an AI assistant starts with being readable. Each page opens with a visible summary beneath its title, written for people first. Structured data describes only what is already verified and visible on the page. A machine-readable summary file at the site root explains who we are and where to find what matters, and legitimate crawlers are given open access. We keep this honest: nothing is hidden from readers, and nothing is claimed in markup that the page does not show.
Sourced content, with dates
Every specific claim on a destination page, whether a distance, a facility or an opening time, comes from supplied evidence with its source recorded. If a fact cannot be verified it is left out or marked as something to check live. Pages show when they were last reviewed. This discipline is slower than mass-producing copy, and it is the reason the result can be trusted by a reader and by an assistant alike.
A booking path, not a dead end
A recommendation is only useful if the traveller can act on it. Our platforms connect to booking routes for hotels and flights, so that partners keep control of price and inventory. Hotels, airlines and OTAs and travel partners each have a defined place in the network, and tourist boards and governments sit at its centre as the trusted voice of the destination.
Automation with a human hand on it
Agents handle the repetitive work: refreshing content from sources, routing enquiries and flagging opportunities. Decisions that affect a partner's brand or a destination's reputation stay with people. The aim is a platform that keeps improving without losing its editorial standards.
Reporting partners can read
Each partner should be able to see what the platform delivers for them: visits, enquiries and bookings, in plain terms. We share performance with prospective partners directly, as part of the conversation about a specific destination.
Behind the platform
Visit Travel Group is operated by CostelloGlobalTechnology.com, an AI digital agency and digital assets business that turns premium domain names into working platforms. The About page has more, and the next destination we are building is Miami. If you would like to be part of the network, start with the contact form, or see how you can build, manage or lease a domain with us.
